FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to construction, namely, to buildings constructed on water - saturated grounds and heeled. Method of heeling compression of buildings constructed on water - saturated grounds. Grooved wall along the external edge of the foundation on the side of the heel of the building is constructed at the depth not less than the area of compression of the earth foundation. Holes are drilled along the external edge of the foundation on the side opposite to the heel of the building. Multistage dewatering of the holes is conducted attaining heeling compression of the building, the ground is strengthened under the foundation by administration of strengthening mortar into the earth.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of heeling compression, ensured high reliability of the method given its cost efficiency.
