SUBSTANCE: fastener includes tool holder having a hole passing in housing part of holder for arrangement of projecting fastening part of the tool; at that, the tool holder has mutually coupled design for mechanical coupling to the base having the mating structure; at that, base has the possibility of being attached to the machine, and in addition, fastener has a holding device containing mutually coupled design for interaction with holder and base when it is in the specified position to retain the holder on the base; at that, in addition, holding device includes a cavity to arrange the fastening part of the tool in it; and tool has the possibility of being fixed so that it can be held in coupled position with the hole and cavity, and when the tool is fixed in such a way, it prevents the removal of holding device from its set position.
EFFECT: reduction of down time for replacement of worn-out parts.
