SUBSTANCE: in a plate heat exchanger comprising first and second end plates and a core from heat exchange plates, arranged between the first and second end plates, multiple tightening threaded bolts, stretching between the first and second end plates and designed with the help of nuts or similar elements to retain such plates at a desired distance from each other to hold heat exchange plates together, and at least one guide element designed to direct the first end plate and heat exchange plates relative to the second end plate and arranged as capable of removal on at least one of tightening threaded bolts, the guide element stretches via a hole in the first end plate, at the same time at least one guide element is equipped with a through hole to locate at least one of tightening threaded bolt and has an outer geometric shape corresponding to a cut of heat exchange plates and the first end plate.

EFFECT: provision of optimal distribution of load along a plate heat exchanger, simplified manufacturing and reduced manufacturing cost.
