FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rail joints system (1) for rail (2) mounting on bearing concrete plate (3a) or concrete sleeper (3b), or on steel structure. System (1) comprises intermediate plate (4), plate (5) for rail fixation with angular guide plates (6, 6b) located on it, provided are at least two first resilient clamps (7a) to tighten rail foot (2a) with rail attachment plate (5), as well as screws (9) and/or dowels (10) and at least two second resilient clamps for rail fastening system (1) screwing to lower track structure. Between the rail (2) and rail fixation plate (5) resilient gasket (8) is arranged, intermediate plate (4) is made of highly resilient material and/or contains steel plate (4), provided are at least two second resilient clamps (7b) to tighten rail attachment plate (5) to lower structure, preferably through intermediate plate (4). First and second resilient clamps (7a, 7b) are made highly-resilient and with high pressure force pressure, and at least one upper slide plate (12) is arranged between rail foot (2a) and one first resilient clamp (7a), and, at least, one lower slide plate (13) is arranged between rail foot (2a) and resilient gasket (8).
EFFECT: as a result longitudinal and transverse shifts are reliably taken by structure without effect on lower structure.
