FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: pneumatic testing plant includes compressed air receiver, the cavity of which is separated from external space with a diaphragm, diaphragm destruction device and its start-up device. Working compartment, in the wall of which there are holes for connection to the receiver, is introduced to the receiver cavity. Start-up device of diaphragm destruction device is made in the form of gas pressure generator arranged inside the working compartment, in the housing of which there are holes for their passage. At that, diaphragm destruction device is made in the form of a knife located outside the receiver cavity. Knife is rigidly attached to the gas pressure generator housing and installed with possibility of being arranged inside the cavity of working compartment under action of gases of pressure generator to the position providing the connection of receiver cavity to external space.

EFFECT: providing the stability of characteristics of the gas flow leaving the receiver, retaining the fragments of destructed diaphragm and their removal from the above flow.
