SUBSTANCE: aerodynamic pipe contains an equalization chamber with electrodes, separated from the gas-dynamic channel of the pipe by a diaphragm, and two-stage piston, forming a differential pressure multiplier, the above-piston space of which is connected to the source of the driver gas, a quick-action valve for the start of the stabilization system, contacting the equalization chamber cavity through the piston of the differential pressure multiplier, which contains a device of forced opening of the diaphragm, located at the outlet of the equalization chamber. The piston of the quick-action valve is made in the form of a glass, the open part of which faces the cavity with the locking pressure and the closed blind part of which locks the hole for the driver gas feed to the above-piston space of the pressure multiplier, while the high-pressure channel, connecting the piston with the rod to the equalization chamber cavity, is filled with a fluid and closed with the piston on the side of the equalization chamber, and the device for forced opening of the diaphragm is additionally equipped with an external electric circuit of the diaphragm opening control and contains the pneumatic mechanical lock, associated with the equalization chamber, that gives permission to open the diaphragm only when the pressure in the equalization chamber increases in heat supply.
