Abstract RU 2473198 C1

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: sowing unit comprises a frame with a trailer, mounted on pneumatic wheels, the two-section hopper for seeds and mineral fertilisers mounted on the frame, the frame of the sowing machine itself comprising of the middle part and independent lateral wings equipped with wheels. The frame with the trailer is made in the form of a bridge frame with the trailer. From below of the bridge frame with the trailer through the parallelogram mechanism the middle part of the frame of the sowing machine itself is fixed on transport and technological wheels. Through finger-axes on the frame of the sowing machine itself the left and right independent wings are mounted. And the independent wings are moved mechanically from working to transport position and back and equipped with transport and technological wheels and self-aligning transport and technological wheels with brakes. The sowing machine wings are connected to the front part of the bridge frame with guylines. On the frame of the sowing machine itself the tine ploughshares are mounted, as well as working bodies for sowing, then toothed harrows or leveling and press wheels. Between the tine ploughshares the disk-shares can be mounted for separating mineral fertiliser sowing. On the bridge frame over the middle part of the sowing machine itself and on the wings the seed and mineral fertiliser boxes are mounted with the sowing devices, which driving is carried out through the ball variators from the transport and technological wheels. Feeding of seeds and mineral fertilisers from the hopper to the appropriate boxes is carried out through flexible screw augers. And the distribution of seeds and mineral fertilisers to the boxes located on the bridge frame is carried out by screws with winding opposite from the middle, and in the boxes located on the wings - by conventional screws. Drive of all the screws is carried out by hydraulic motors. Movement of seeds and mineral fertilisers of the seed and mineral fertiliser boxes of the middle part of the sowing machine itself to the appropriate boxes of the wings is carried out through rotary telescopic stacks and to the ploughshares through telescopic drill tubes.

EFFECT: invention has a simplified design and improved maneuverability, it is compact when transportation, and enables to reduce seed damage and increase the uniformity of their sowing.
