FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. To obtain a tris(2,2-dichlorocyclopropylmethyl) phosphate stimulant, tris(2,2-dichlorocyclopropylmethyl) phosphite is oxidised with atmospheric oxygen at room temperature for 1 hour. A 0.01% aqueous solution thereof is then prepared.
EFFECT: invention increases germination power and germination capacity of seeds.
