SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for oral care. The device for oral care, containing a head (12) having elements (5) for cleaning teeth, the reservoir (15) for storing a liquid medium, connected through the channel (19) for the liquid medium to the piezoelectric pump (18) located in the head under the elements for cleaning teeth for pulling the liquid medium from the reservoir (15) through the channel (19) for the liquid medium and feeding the liquid medium through the outlet (50) located in the head, and the piezoelectric pump (18) has an input side (I) and an output (O), a valve that provides the liquid medium flow only to the outlet (50), and the reservoir is a compressible bag or container that ensures lack of negative pressure increase in the reservoir. The device comprises an activator (22) to activate the delivery device which delivers the active agent to one or more outlets (50). The delivery device with a power supply (18) is located in the head to deliver liquid from the reservoir through the outlet.

EFFECT: invention enables to enter various types of active agents in the appropriate and exact doses for therapeutic, hygienic and/or other beneficial effect.
