SUBSTANCE: system of oral care is described and method of applying the liquid to the oral cavity, including the method of its manufacture. The system of oral care comprises a toothbrush and a dispenser connected detachably to the toothbrush. The dispenser has an internal reservoir for the fluid, a channel with fluid communication with the reservoir and terminating with an opening for dispensing fluid, and a plug which proximal part is located in the channel and the distal part of the plug is located inside the socket of the toothbrush.
