FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed dispenser comprises head, oral cavity fluid vessel, fluid discharge hole in head and low-profile pump. Said pump comprises flexible diaphragm displacing between alternating pump strokes at intake and delivery. Pump diaphragm sections are used to make intake and discharge flap valves. In compliance with one version, said valves are made integral with diaphragm as flexible pendent tabs that can be displaced between open and closed positions. In compliance with other versions, said pump can be built in toothbrush head or can make it. Besides, this pump can be arranged in toothbrush handle part or waist.
