An additional independent source of DC voltage with one pole is connected to a treated item, with the other pole - to an electrode of an electroexplosive accelerator, having an opposite potential to its respect, and via a diode with the same pole to an electrode of the electroexplosive accelerator of opposite polarity to level potentials on both electrodes and foil.

EFFECT: higher coefficient of material usage in electroexplosive plants.
