FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in generation of pulse multi-phase plasma jet of products of electric explosion of conductors and in effecting this jet on contact surface. This effect is performed in vacuum onto surface heated to temperature of material melting whereon there is formed a relief of coating at threshold value of specific flow of power of plasma jet q determined from ratio: , where T is temperature of metal melting, χ and λ are average values of temperature and heat conductivity of metal within the range of temperature from room to melting temperature, and τ is time of a pulse.
EFFECT: increased electric conductivity of coating and its adhesion to base.
