FIELD: ventilation.
SUBSTANCE: cooking device comprises a chamber for cooking, having an air impermeable lower wall and an upper exhaust hole for air; a fan for hot air movement serially via a lower wall, a cooking chamber and an exhaust hole; an air direction facility to returning air released from an outlet hole, towards the lower wall, bypassing the cooking chamber; a heat-emitting facility arranged in the upper part of the cooking chamber, and an air direction facility arranged under the cooking chamber, on the upper surface of the bottom, to direct the air flow substantially upwards into food arranged in the specified chamber. The air direction facility comprises at least one guide rib arranged along the curve stretching substantially to the central area of the specified bottom, and having a concave side surface, which, if looking at the vertical section of the guide rib, at least on a part of its length along the specified curve forms an angle of less than 90° with the bottom.
EFFECT: invention provides for high speed of air flow motion upwards and low resistance to a flow, higher efficiency of heat transfer with its even distribution, improved quality of cooked food and reduced cooking time.
