FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: food preparation device contains a food preparation chamber with an outer wall, an inner wall determining the food accommodation space with an air inlet hole and an air outlet hole. The device additionally contains a blower for creation of a hot air flow serially through the air inlet hole, the food accommodation space and the air outlet whole and an air directing device for return of the air flow from the air outlet hole to the air inlet hole, the directing device isolated from the food accommodation space. There is also a ventilation hole made in the outer wall for release of air from the an food accommodation space into the ambient space and an air directing element intended for directing part of the air flow towards the ventilation hole.

EFFECT: ventilation hole in the outer wall and the directing element enable emission of steam and oil generated in the process of food preparation into the atmosphere under pressure to reduce the probability of their contacting with the user when the meal is discharged.
