FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for preparation of food products. Disclosed is air guide element (100), which comprises plurality of air separation fins (101), arranged symmetrically and extending in horizontal plane (P) between inner and outer parts of air guide element (100). Air separation ribs (101) comprise a first surface (S1) inclined with a positive angle (α1) relative to said horizontal plane (P), and second surface (S2), inclined with negative angle (α2) relative to said horizontal plane (P). Air separation fins (101) are such that second surface (S2) of specific air separation fins (101) and first surface (S1) of air separation fins (101), following the above air separation fins (101), intersect and form concave air channel (AC) passing between outer and inner parts of air guide element (100).

EFFECT: technical result is providing the air flow direction upwards and more evenly between the air guide element outer and inner parts, which allows food ingredients to produce a hot air flow having a more uniform air pressure distribution, which results in more uniform preparation of food ingredients.
