FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: fluidic flow sensor comprises inlet channel, outlet channel, one or several fluid-jet elements comprising interaction chamber, splitter, b-wide feed nozzle, control nozzle arranged in symmetry, outlet nozzles and drain orifices. Note here that outlet nozzles of every previous fluid-jet element are connected with control nozzles with next fluid-jet element while outlet nozzle of the last fluid-jet elements are connected with inlet nozzles of the first fluid-jet elements and with converter connected with computer. Feed nozzles of fluid-jet elements are connected with inlet channel while drain orifices are connected with outlet channel. Axes of fluid-jet element nozzles are located at 15°-30° to feed nozzle axis while interaction chamber side wall are located at L>8b from fluid-jet element axis.

EFFECT: expanded measurement range, higher accuracy.
