FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: flow rate metre of gas comprises a drop frequency generator (flow sensor) connected to the inverter and the calculator on the fluid element with a nozzle of supply and control channels, a reflector mounted in front of the nozzle of supply. At that the drop generator is composed of several analog fluid elements. And each fluid element with its output is connected to the input of the subsequent element. At that the width of the control channel of each fluid element is made relative to the width b of the nozzle of supply within 1.2<c/b <1.8, the width 1 between the control channels of each fluid element is within 1.2<1/b<1.5 relative to the width b of the nozzle of supply, the pathlength L of the supply flow to the receiving channels relative to the nozzle of supply b is within 3<L/b<6.

EFFECT: expanding the range of flow measurement with the drop generator, reduction of the initial level of flow measurement, sensitivity enhancement of the onset of the vibrations with additional aerodynamic techniques.
