FIELD: the invention refers to the field of instrument-making.
SUBSTANCE: the meter has a master oscillator of stream impulses consisting of stream elements with nozzles and receiving channels. In each stream element the distance between the outlet of the nozzle and the inlets of the receiving channels is less then the length of the core of the turbulent jet. The meter may be fulfilled with possibility to work only at the expense of kinetic energy of the controlled flow used for working out energy for feeding secondary electric equipment.
EFFECT: increases accuracy and expansion of the diapason of measuring speed and volumetric consumption.
