FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a charging device, n parallel connected capacitance energy accumulators CEA, n charging diodes and a high-voltage controlled discharger, besides, the first outputs of the CEA modules are connected with cathodes of charging diodes, the second outputs of the CEA modules are combined and connected with a negative output of the charging device and the first output of the load, the first output of the high-voltage controlled discharger is connected with the second output of the load. The device includes n discharge diodes, anodes of which are connected with cathodes of charging diodes and with the first outputs of the CEA modules, cathodes of discharge diodes are combined and connected with the second output of the high-voltage controlled discharger, and anodes of charging diodes are combined and connected with the positive output of the charging device, directly. Besides, in the device the charging diodes are semiconductor high-voltage high-frequency diodes, nominal parameters of which comply with the nominal charging current and the level of the specified voltage of CEA modules. Besides, in the device the charging diodes are semiconductor high-voltage diodes, for instance, of pellet design, nominal parameters of which comply with the values of impact currents generated by each CEA module and level of the specified voltage of CEA modules.
EFFECT: higher reliability of a device due to lower probability of capacitors explosion in dynamic mode of device operation.
