FIELD: assembly operations.
SUBSTANCE: unit contains a charger, including a high-voltage transformer with a rectifier connected to the secondary winding, a spark gap with a starter unit, a capacitive energy storage device and an inductor. A high-voltage voltage divider is connected in parallel with the capacitive storage. A block for analysing the parameters of the supply network and protective shutdown is provided. One output of the block is connected to the primary winding of the transformer. The second output is connected to two back-to-back series-connected field-effect transistors connected to the primary winding of the transformer. The analyser inputs are charger inputs. The rectifier consists of cells of high-voltage diodes and low-resistance resistors connected in parallel in series. The arrester is connected in parallel to the rectifier and in parallel to the capacitive energy storage and inductor. The unit is equipped with a digital control unit.
EFFECT: increase in reliability of the inductor, controllability of the charging process, and a decrease in the starting currents of the energy storage charge.
