FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of fish preserves production. The method envisages preparation of recipe components, wheat flour sauteing in vegetable oil, sunflower flour pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing with tomato paste, wine, drinking water, sugar, salt, black hot pepper, allspice and laurel leaf, the mixture cooking and addition of acetic acid to produce a sauce, sprats and sauce packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
