FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: system for monitoring the well shaft deviation includes reversible acoustic converter with uniform directivity pattern, which is fixed on a logging cable, lifting and lowering device with a depth sensor and in-series connected secondary equipment and a recording device. Reversible acoustic converter operates in sound impulse sequence mode. Besides, the recording device is made in the form of a computer, the three inputs of which are connected to the outputs of the detector, impulse attenuator and depth sensor of the lifting and lowering device. The above computer computes a broadening of the reflected acoustic radio impulse relative to the sound impulse, as per which a well shaft deviation value is determined.
EFFECT: device ensures contact-free performance of measurements in the well.
