SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in gas turbine engine ACSs. Additionally, "Takeoff Mode Interlocking" signal is generated subject to position of throttle, flaps and aircraft parking brake and engine turbo compressor, to generate turbo compressor minimum tolerable rpm proceeding from throttle position. Minimum tolerable rpm is compared with measured to use obtained mismatch to control fuel consumption in combustion chamber before removing said "Takeoff Mode Interlocking" signal.
EFFECT: higher reliability and safety.
