FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: multi-purpose fire-proof fixing pin is composite - on the one hand from strong fire-resistant phosphate concrete in a form of cylinder with semi-spherical head and on the other hand - metallic threaded pin cast in it, on which there is a spring washer with butterfly nut to attach the pin to furnace bearing framework. Metallic threaded part is cast into pin ceramic part during manufacturing.
EFFECT: damping of thermal extension of rigid and soft materials of lining for furnaces of different heating type at plant shutdown or replacement in the course of operation.
