FIELD: furnaces.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tandem reverberatory furnace for remelting of aluminum scrap. Furnace comprises a housing formed by fire-resistant outer side, front and rear end walls, two baths limited by hearths, arch and walls, burners, drain tap holes and gas ducts and a dust and gas cleaning system with a mixing chamber, a smoke exhauster and a dust and gas cleaning unit configured to operate on natural and artificial draft, according to the invention the furnace is equipped with two inclined platforms in the furnace housing, placed on the welded frame, filled with concrete with filler from crumbs of light-weight chamotte brick and double heat-insulating layer of fire-resistant cardboard MKRKL-450, steel box welded to the furnace frame and made with heat insulation between it and each housing wall, consisting of double heat-insulating mullite MLF-260 glass-fiber layer and layer of asbestos cardboard sheet, arches have fire-resistant plating with double heat-insulating layer from fireproof cardboard MKRKL-450 laid on top, inclined platforms and hearth bottoms of two baths are made of corundum blocks laid on a heat-insulating layer of fire-resistant cardboard MKRKL-450 and light-weight bricks, burners are made in the form of injection four-row forty-eight mixing high-pressure burners, each of the burners arranged in each side wall is directed at an angle to the inclined platform and at an angle to the furnace axis, and each burner installed in rear end wall is directed at an angle to each hearth, wherein furnace has four working windows with arches and working flaps, two of which are configured to work as slag windows, four drain tap holes in rear wall, four rotary lined chutes with possibility of rotation during pouring of liquid metal, four intermediate sock, four rotary lined bowls with a shaft welded in each of its lower part, the end of which is pressed into the inner shell of the ball bearing, and its outer holder is fixed in the bracket fixed in the back wall of the furnace, wherein to each rotary lined bowl is welded lined chute with handles to ensure successive casting of metal surfaced in furnace to pouring equipment located in service sector with angle of 130°, and economizer.

EFFECT: providing high efficiency of the furnace, reduction of heat and loss losses and possibility of ecologically pure remelting of aluminum scrap.
