FIELD: waste processing and disposal.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to decontamination and disposal of wastes, in particular wastes containing organic compounds, and can be used for destruction by thermal treatment of wastes of domestic, biological, medical groups A, B and C. Incinerator is portable and has a frame to which the combustion chamber is attached and afterburning chamber, and stack. Chambers are installed horizontally and are connected by a transition. Each chamber consists of frame with inner lining. Combustion chamber is equipped with cover, arch-type grates, round ports for burners installation, ash insets. Afterburning chamber is equipped with at least one port for installation of the burner, a fan, a thermocouple and is connected to the chimney. Transition consists of cylindrical metal pipe lined with hollow cylinder of fibrous refractory material and refractory concrete. Combustion chamber lining is made with plates from refractory material laid on walls and base, above which there is a layer of fire-resistant concrete. Afterburning chamber and cover lining is made with blocks consisting of strips from fire-resistant material. Thermocouple is installed on the ceiling of the afterburning chamber near the burner, and ports for installation of burners of the combustion chamber are made removable.
EFFECT: technical result of proposed incinerator is high efficiency of incinerator, high convenience of maintenance and assembly, high reliability of operation both under normal conditions and in conditions of low ambient temperature.
