FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises feeding heat carrier into drying chamber outer jacket, said chamber being equipped with gas distribution grate. Simultaneously, product layer is blown by drying agent two flows, flow rising to under gas distribution grate and pulsating flow fed in drying chamber above-grate space. Blowing is performed in one step. Rising flow is fed continuously with fluidisation number of 1.0-1.3. Pulsating flow is fed tangentially to rising flow at pulsation frequency of 0.5-2.0 Hz into layer peripheral bottom part. Note here that temperature of heating surface of jacket and drying agent makes 85-90°C.
EFFECT: optimised drying conditions.
