FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for drying disperse materials, using heat of supplied gas for creation of fluidised bed, in which dried material is in suspended state, can be used in production of mineral fertilizers. Proposed device comprises at least one pre-drying device consisting of outer shell and inner pipe coaxially installed therein. Outer shell is closed at ends and comprises one of heat carrier feed pipes. On the side surface of the internal pipe gas-distributing nozzles are located in the tiers. In the upper part of the internal pipe there installed are radial nozzles, in its lower part there installed are chordally oriented nozzles. Inner pipe is configured to feed material therefrom from loading assembly and with open bottom end, the distance from which to distribution grid of fluidised bed chamber is not less than 2–4 diameters of inner pipe.
EFFECT: device provides higher efficiency of drying device and efficiency of material drying.
