FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing an individual for antiorthostatic bedrest for a period of a night's repose. For a period of active wakefulness, upright tilting is preceded by adjustable compression of soft tissues of belly, pelvis and/or lower extremities in the antiorthostatic bedrest with the use of elastic materials of pieces of clothing of various degrees of tension and compression. A level of compression is maintained for the whole period of time of the active wakefulness in the upright position. The active wakefulness is alternated with the night's repose free from compression of soft tissues of belly, pelvis and/or lower extremities. The hemodynamic effects adequate to the various levels of low-gravity are simulated by the relevant change of a body inclination in the antiorthostatic bedrest and adjusted compression of belly, pelvis and/or lower extremities under control of body fluid compounds.

EFFECT: longitudinal maintaining of the microgravity effects after their fast achievement; enabled long maintaining the upright anti-gravity changes of fluids and hemodynamics in splanchnic system, abdominal and pelvic organs with higher safety and lower cost within long-term simulation and studying the effects of microgravity.
