SUBSTANCE: method involves placing an individual into an upright tilt for the period of daytime alertness at a positive body inclination in relation to a horizontal axis. This inclination is equal to a percentage of the pre-set gravity to a normal gravity corresponding to the upright tilt plus (+) 90 degrees. For the period of a night's repose, the individual is positioned horizontally.

EFFECT: method enables performing prolonged integrated study in stimulating the physiological dislocations in accordance with the calculated coefficients for the planetary surface, eg the Moon or Mars, gravity lower than the normal one.
