SUBSTANCE: device comprises ADC 1, pulse frequency meter 14, division unit 5, and intermediate reactivity computer 12, all connected in series. Note here that ADC 14 is connected with division unit 5 and intermediate reactivity computer 12 connected in series with delayed neutron group parameter selector 9, adder 13 of amplitudes for delayed neutron groups, detector count and amplitude sum divider 6, logarithm taking device 10, first differentiator 8, count boot unit 11, neutron detector 7, second differentiator 2, correction factor computer 3, and reactivity computer 4. Count boot unit 11 is connected with intermediate reactivity computer 4 and detector count and amplitude sum divider 6. Delayed neutron group parameter selector 9 is connected with intermediate reactivity computer 4. First differentiator 8 is connected with correction factor computer 3 while intermediate reactivity computer 12 is connected with second differentiator 2.
