FIELD: nuclear technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of reactor measurements and can be used in control, control and protection systems of nuclear installations. Calibration of the counting channel of the reactimeter is performed in two stages. For the first stage of calibration, an experiment with nuclear reactor power excursion is used. The second stage of calibration is carried out in the post-processing mode of the results of monitoring the pulse counting rate and the current value of the pulse chamber signal.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency and accuracy of calibration of the pulse channel of the reactimeter in the pulse range of the reactimeter from 0.1 s-1 to (1-2)106 s-1 by performing calibration directly at a nuclear reactor during neutron-physical measurements without creating special conditions.
