FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns traumatology, orthopaedics and neurosurgery, and aims at surgical management of spinal injuries and diseases. A transpedicular screw consists of a head, a screw portion and a pusher assembly. There is a central threaded hole in the screw portion to accommodate the pusher assembly. The central threaded hole for accommodating the pusher assembly is blind. The pusher assembly comprises a screw, a pusher with retractable pointed anchors fixed on an axis in the lower one-third of the pusher, and a pusher. The screw is crimped on the head with regard to free rotation of the pusher; it has a thread matched with the central threaded hole and aims at moving the pusher with the retractable pointed anchors along the screw axis. In the lower screw portion of the transpedicular screw, there are working through holes for escape of the retractable pointed anchors from the screw.

EFFECT: invention provides rigid stable fixation of the injured spinal segment, including in the pathological condition of the bone tissue.
