SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to efferent therapy, and can be applied in treatment of patient with obliterating atherosclerosis of lower extremities. For this purpose 5 procedures are carried out after the day of discrete centrifugal medical plasmapheresis. Additionally daily realised are 10 sessions of gravitational therapy, with influence on patient with centrifugal forces in direction head- lower extremities, which is realised in three stages. 1 stage - speed of centrifuge rotation is 32 turns/min, duration of session is 10 min - 1 session. 2 stage - speed of centrifuge rotation is 36 turns/min, duration of session is 15 min - 2 sessions. 3 stage - speed of centrifuge rotation is 40 turns/min, duration of session is 20 min - 7 sessions. On the day when discrete centrifugal medical plasmapheresis is carried out gravitational therapy is carried out after procedure of plasmapheresis.

EFFECT: method prevents further development of atherosclerosis and ensures stimulation of its regression due to complex and multi-directional influence on links of pathogenesis of said pathology in specified mode of this influence.
