FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to amphibian carriers and may be used in designing special hydrodynamic hardware. Carrier comprises two bodies 1 and 2. Each said body has tight housing 3, 4 with caterpillar propulsors 5, 6, and cargo compartment. Said first and second bodies 1, 2 are interconnected by towing coupler 7 while first body housing accommodates power plant. Additionally, said carrier is equipped with tight folding displacement chamber 8 connected via in-out valve system 9 to compressed gas source. Said chamber 8 is arranged between said bodies and secured to second body housing front. Said chamber is made from elastically-deformable material. Chamber surface is provided with tapes made from elastic gastight material secured in vertical direction to allow pulling chamber 8 to second body housing front and its folding into non-working position. In moving on soil, said chamber 8 is folded. Afloat, said chamber 8 is unfolded by aforesaid in-out valve system 9.
EFFECT: better water propulsion properties.
