SUBSTANCE: invention relates to system for transfer of hydrocarbons between plant 16 located at sea bottom 16 and ship 10 in drifting floe zone. Proposed system comprises submersible turret buoy 19, ascending flexible pipeline 18 extending from said plant 24 to buoy 19 to make a reliable connection with appropriate pipeline aboard the ship 10, and multiple mooring cables 17 connected to buoy 19 to extend outward therefrom. To protect as-stretched ascending pipeline 18 against impacts, protective device 20 is used comprising multiple separate suspended elements 35 through which extends ascending pipeline and arranged to be stored in position whereat its elements 35 are laid one on another together with said ascending pipeline in removed position. Proposed system comprises also protective system 24 located at sea bottom 16 to therein to store ascending pipeline 18 in removed position and protective device 20 when its elements 35 are laid one on the other. Protective system 24 has means 28 to store ascending pipeline 18 in protected position when it is detached from ship 10 and removed.
