FIELD: loading-unloading terminals for loading/unloading petroleum products at sea. SUBSTANCE: loading-unloading terminal includes barge provided with receiving cavity which is open downward; said cavity is intended for receiving and securing submersible buoy; terminal is also provided with submersible buoy having central member with passage for transfer of fluid medium to or from transfer pipe line secured to central member and external member mounted for rotation on central member for rotation of barge around central member when external member is secured in receiving cavity of barge. Besides that, barge is additionally provided with connecting device for connection of passage of central member with line transferring medium to or from adjacent tanker connected with barge, as well as with unit for hoisting the buoy and stowing it in cavity.
