FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: double packer contains upper and lower packers rigidly interconnected by connection coupling and seating mechanism installed coaxially in upper packer. Upper packer contains a mandrel with diametrically opposite projections on upper end surface. Upper part of the mandrel is rigidly connected to hollow shaft provided with upper inside left and lower outside right threads. In the lower part of the mandrel between two crimping shackles there is a sealing element installed consisting of two or more cylindrical collars divided by a washer. Armature is installed above sealing element with possibility of axial movement relative to the mandrel; it consists of housing, slips pressed to the mandrel by spring and a cone. Housing is designed as a shell, on its side surface in the middle part there are openings for slips, and in the upper part there are longitudinal slots with screws rigidly connected to the cone, and there are shear screws installed connecting cone with housing. Above armature there located is detachable housing with inside thread in the lower part providing movement of detachable housing along hollow shaft. In upper part of detachable housing there made are two inner diametrically opposite keyseats and inside thread. Lower part of detachable housing embraces upper surface of cone with a bearing installed on it. Lower packer contains the mandrel with metal sealing ring and outside thread in upper part, and in lower part the hole is rigidly connected to coupling above which there installed is a seal, the cone and the housing. Lower part of the seal is clamped with ring-hook, which side surface is designed as incurved petals. On outer side surface of the seal there made are annular grooves, the upper part of the seal clamps the cone. The middle part of the cone is provided with rubber armored compensator. Housing is installed with possibility of movement along the mandrel providing contact of metal sealing ring with inner end surface of connection coupling. Housing has inside thread in the lower part providing its movement along the mandrel. Lower part of housing embraces upper surface of cone with a bearing installed on it. Upper part of housing is provided with shear screws connecting housing with the mandrel. Seating mechanism contains the hook and a connection pipe rigidly interconnected by a key, also it contains a nut and a coupling. Hook is made in the form of hollow cylinder which lower part is provided with two diametrically opposite upper and lower slots. Lower slots are engaged with projections of the mandrel of upper packer. Nut is designed as a coupling which lower outer surface is provided with two diametrically opposite keys engaged with keyseats of detachable housing of upper packer. Nut is installed on hook under a key with possibility of axial movement along the hook and it has outside left thread corresponding to inside left thread of hollow shaft of upper packer and diametrically opposite projections on lower end surface engaged with upper slots of the hook. Coupling is rigidly connected to upper part of connection pipe.
EFFECT: higher maintenance reliability and efficiency of the device operation.
