SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for the oil and gas industry and can be used for long-term hermetic separation of the intervals of the production column of both the injection well and the production oil or gas cased well, and protecting it from the dynamic impact of the working environment during various technological operations. The packer contains a trunk, sealing elements installed on the trunk, a mechanical anchoring device that includes interacting slips and cones with shear elements. Under the mechanical anchoring device there is a power drive consisting of a housing attached to the trunk by means of a thread, the lower part of which is made with splined grooves on the inner surface, a sleeve connected to the housing by means of dowels, and a bearing installed between the lower cone and the sleeve. A ring is installed on the trunk, the upper annular protrusion of which is located in the inner annular groove of the lower cone, and the lower annular protrusion is installed with the possibility of interaction with the inner protrusion of the sleeve. The upper and lower cones are equipped with guide screws, the upper parts of which are installed respectively in the upper and lower longitudinal grooves of the casing of the mechanical anchoring device, the sealing elements are installed above the mechanical anchoring device, and a connecting housing is installed in the upper part of the packer, the inner surface of which is made with the possibility of connection with the installation tool.
