FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: shock absorbing device includes a fixed base with a composite stock rigidly attached to it and a moving platform shock-mounted relative to the base. A hole is made in the moving platform. A trapezoidal annular groove is made inside the hole. Composite stock has a cylindrical groove, on which a bushing is installed in a sliding manner. There is a thread on the stock end, and a bushing fastening nut is screwed on it. Outer diameter of the bushing is equal to the diameter of non-bored part of the stock. Bevels are made in stock-to-bushing connection place at an angle of 45°. When the bushing is being connected to the stock, a trapezoidal annular groove is formed, which is similar as to the shape to the groove in the platform hole. Adjusting washers are installed at the joint of the stock and the bushing. Lateral sides of trapezoidal annular groove in the hole are located at an angle of 90° to each other. A shock-absorbing element made in the form of a ring with round cross section is arranged in the volume formed by aligning trapezoidal annular grooves in the hole of the platform and on the stock.
EFFECT: improving shock-absorbing properties.
