FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for diagnosing noncoronary myocardium affection in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis at the background of tuberculosis intoxication and performed antibacterial therapy in case of absence of complaints of cardiac character and dynamics of electrocardiographic parameters. For this purpose concentration of cardiac protein, binding fatty acids (hPBFA), is determined in one and the same patient before and after carrying out therapy. In case of increase of hPBFA concentration, noncoronary myocardium affection is diagnosed.
EFFECT: invention ensures early pre-clinical diagnostics of noncoronary myocardium affection in said group of patients.
