SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing advertising space for advertisers in a communication network; creating a website with public sections for access by all users of the system and a personal account for registration of advertising agencies and advertisement providers; registering advertising agencies and providers in the personal account on the website and creating a virtual back office, wherein advertising agencies are registered in a common information field with the parameters: location (address), technical characteristics; providers are registered in a common information field with the parameters: location (address), type of services, advertising places of interest, time of placement; advertising devices (terminals) registered by the website operator are provided, which are available for placing advertising information materials; advertisement transmission is created in the search catalogue on the website; the website operator, after verifying legality, sends the advertising information materials to terminals chosen by advertising information message providers.
EFFECT: faster delivery of advertising information messages.
