FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: three-layer cable input contains layers formed by mutually conjugated mated plates with coaxial attachment holes, the layers sandwich-bonded, with an intermediary layer made of elastic sealing material. Each plate is equipped with at least one element for the cable hole formation (hereinafter referred to as the "element") which elements are arranged coaxial to each other in each layer, their position ensuring the possibility to form at least one cable hole within the assembled cable input, such hole reproducing the shape of the cable put in. Each element of each layer represents a group of holes made so that to enable adaptation by way of removal of part of the material under the cable being lead. In the external layer plates the holes are made through, in the shape of notches with connective straps equipped with a pair of grooves that are crosswise relative to the notches while in the intermediary layer plates the holes are made as blind slots in the shape of groves so that to provide for undamaged integrity of the material.

EFFECT: device is universally suitable for a wide range of cable diameters requiring no modification of the device design when the number and diameter of the cables being lead are altered.
