FIELD: fiber-optic communication lines. SUBSTANCE: device has panel and set of flexible brackets attached to panel perpendicular to the latter. Brackets are arranged to form lines of parallel adjacent grooves each having first and second sides to accommodate fiber-optic components such as joints. Each bracket incorporates hook for gripping the component. Hooks located along one side of component are arranged alternately in opposition. At least two unidirectional hooks mounted on one side and one opposing hook located on second side between two hooks on first side are involved in gripping the component thereby ensuring multipoint staggered thrusts on component. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of splicing the joints. 8 cl, 12 dwg
