LDPC code with code length equal to 16200 bits and coding rate equal to 1/3, is modulated using 16QAM, if code bit from 4×2 bits and (i+1)-th bit of most significant bit of symbol bits from 4×2 bits of two sequential symbols are installed in bit rate b#i and y#i, wherein demultiplexer performs rearrangement for allocating bits b0, b1, b2, b3, b4, b5, b6 and b7 to bits y6, y0, y3, y4, y5, y2, y1 and y7 respectively.
