FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to vertebrology. Invention is aimed at reduction of fixation trauma and prevention of development of neurological complications due to increase of accuracy of fixer introduction. Said result is obtained by carrying out X-ray osteometry of fixed vertebra with determination of distance between centres of pedicles of vertebra arch, distance from spinous process apex to the line, connecting centres of pedicles, as well as angles between spinous process and pedicles of vertebra arch. Further, support wire is introduced into spinous process, on it installed is device for fixer introduction, by means of which, in accordance with obtained data of X-ray osteometry, fixers are introduced into vertebra body through arch pedicles in closed way.
EFFECT: device, used for method implementation, contains fixed on support wire plate with longitudinal slots and guides, installed in them with possibility of displacement, plate is provided with ruler and graduated scales, as well as indicators, provided with fixers of angular position.
