FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for introduction of screws in vertebra with transpedicular fixation. In X-ray images absence of abnormal development in anatomical structures of vertebra is determined. Soft tissues are incised. Spinous process, lamin, articular processes and vertebral legs are exposed. Cortical layer of vertebra is pierced with awl, in back lateral part of vertebra, below upper articular process, on line of longitudinal axis of first leg. Then channel is made with drill in first leg and vertebral body, wherein drill in axial plane is directed parallel to longitudinal axis of lamin section, located between lumbar spinous process and second leg. Transpedicular screw is installed in channel.
EFFECT: method increases accuracy of introduction of screws without using complex navigation equipment.
