SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, methods and devices for healing spine and joints that have multiplanar deformation both without contractures, stiffness, and with contractures and stiffness (variants). Initially, the ligamentous tendon apparatus is relaxed, the intervals between the transverse processes of the vertebrae are increased, they are leveled in the frontal plane, then the rotation of the vertebral bodies is eliminated by affecting the spinous processes, then retro-steles are eliminated and the displaced spinous processes are aligned in the sagittal plane, the remaining rotation is eliminated by affecting the transverse processes. To implement the methods, the proposed device is used, which comprises detachably-inserted abutments and wedges, as described in the patent claim. Variability of the removable wedges and supports construction allows to eliminate multi-plane deformations both with contractures, stiffness, and without them.

EFFECT: reduction of spent efforts of the healer, reduction of traumatization of the spinous, transverse processes of the vertebra due to the distribution of action forces on interchangeable supports of the device, wedges, possibility of influencing the spine from the left, right and center, eliminating deformation and producing a derotation at 75–90º with the elimination of secondary neurologic syndromes.
