FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of gluing vulcanised rubber to each other. The method of gluing vulcanised rubber to each other involves applying onto the glued surfaces an adhesive based on polychloroprene rubber, butylphenol-formaldehyde resin and a modifier. The modifier is added to the adhesive before application thereof onto the surface. The adhesive film on the surface is dried at room temperature and the surfaces are brought into contact under a load. The modifier used is modified crushed polycaproamide fibre which is pretreated at temperature of 80°C for 4 hours with a mixture of methylphosphite borate and triethanolamine in weight ratio of 1:2.
EFFECT: invention increases strength of glued vulcanised rubber.
